Job Description: Group Controller

We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to join our team in Milan and lead the setup and development of the Group Controlling function.In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and structuring a controlling framework, building processes, tools, and a team that will support The Level Group’s growth. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will combine a strategic perspective with a strong hands-on approach, ensuring both the design and the operational execution of controlling activities across the Group.As a key business partner to leadership and business units, you will contribute to improving financial visibility, supporting decision-making, and driving performance through data-driven insights.
