Job Description: Client Advisor

La DoubleJ employees are Brand Ambassadors who embody Brand culture and values .They are passionate, kind and professionally committed.Ambassadors will engage with La DoubleJ high energy level every client that they interact with.Ambassadors task is ensuring customer retention and brand loyalty by delivering, through warm welcome and face to face interactions, good  vibrations and by creating the right conditions to make clients live a unique experience within the store, taking them on a trip to our world and history.The PositionReporting to the Retail Director, the Client Advisor will work in Capri’s store and will be point of connection between Milan and the resort store . He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment.A training will be done in Milano during the first weeks.Timing: April to October or/and June to August
