We are looking for a talented Payment Specialist to join our team in Milan and lead the evolution of our payment systems and operations. This is a business-driven and cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Business, with the mission to deliver a seamless, secure, and scalable payment experience across all markets.As a strategic owner of the payment ecosystem, you’ll coordinate internal tech squads, finance stakeholders, and external service providers - including payment service and fraud management partners - to continuously improve authorization rates, reduce friction, and ensure compliance and fraud mitigation.
